Costumes are fitted, intimate apparel, so like most costume retailers we don't offer cash refunds on sizing — but we make sizing completely risk-free:
Wrong size? We'll exchange it free.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Keep the original unworn, with tags and hygiene liner intact, and we'll get your replacement moving right away. We cover the shipping on the replacement.
Prefer something else?
We'll issue store credit for the full amount toward any other costume in the shop.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free or refund you in full — no return required. That's on us, always.
Pro tip before you order
Our costumes run small. Every product page lists our model's height and the size she's wearing, plus a full cm/inch chart. If you're between sizes, size up — and if you're unsure, email us your height and usual size before you buy and we'll pick for you.
