Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order within the United States.

 

Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered in 6 to 8 days via tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, with live updates until it reaches your door.

 

Halloween delivery guarantee: order by October 22 and your costume arrives before Halloween. Orders placed after October 22 may not arrive in time for October 31, and we will say so clearly at checkout.

 

Where we ship: all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally this season.

 

Tracking: every order ships with a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated in 5 days, email us and we will investigate immediately.
