Refund policy

Free size exchanges. Costumes are fitted, intimate apparel, so like most costume retailers we do not offer cash refunds on sizing. Instead we make sizing risk-free.

 

Wrong size? We exchange it free. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Keep the original unworn, with tags and hygiene liner intact, and we will send your replacement right away. We cover the shipping on the replacement.

 

Prefer a different style? We issue store credit for the full amount toward any other costume in the shop.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free or refund you in full, no return required.

 

Pro tip before you order: our costumes run small. Every product page lists our model's height and the size she is wearing, plus a full cm and inch chart. If you are between sizes, size up. Unsure? Email us your height and usual size before you buy and we will pick for you.
