Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery takes 6–8 days from the day you order, via tracked shipping. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, with live updates until it reaches your door.
Halloween delivery guarantee
Order by October 22 and your costume arrives before Halloween. Orders placed after October 22 may not arrive in time for October 31 — we'll say so clearly on the product page and at checkout, so you're never surprised.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We don't ship internationally this season.

Every order ships with a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, email us and we'll investigate immediately.
